are they due?
Assessments are levied and due monthly. The initial assessments for your unit were set

The monthly assessments are based on Unit Type, as set forth in the Declaration, as follows:

- 2 bedroom 2 bath (.006079322) 1130 sq ft.
- 3 bedroom 2 bath (.006923971) 1287 sq ft.
The current assessments are set forth in the annual budget.
Do I have to be a member of any other association? If so, what is the name of the
